The couple, who married in September 2004 before Britney filed for divorce last November, agreed the deal during a five-hour meeting in Los Angeles yesterday (29.03.07).
Kevin is rumoured to be receiving a $1 million payment, with the couple sharing custody of their two sons, 18-month-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, six months.
A spokesman for Kevin's attorney said: "The parties signed a global agreement on all issues of their marriage and custody of their children." He refused to elaborate on the terms of the settlement, but revealed they had reached an agreement on financial matters.
A judge must approve the agreement before the divorce is finalised.
During the meeting, Kevin, 29, took a cigarette break and Britney, 25, followed him outside where they spent 15 minutes talking.
The meeting took place in Britney's attorney Laura Wasser's office in California's Century City.
The estranged couple agreed to temporarily share custody of their sons in January, but Kevin took over custody when Britney checked into Malibu's Promises Rehab centre in February.


Who in the world would have guessed that K-Fed would turn out to be a nice guy?!!!

We kept awaiting word that Britney would be crucified in the divorce for being the poster child for birth control....but ... K-Fed turned out to be really decent... or at least appears to be.. we give snaps to the young ex-couple for making better choices than say... the soon to be ex-McCartney.

Now with self proclaimed "charity activist" (we still cannot figure what she actually does for a salary!) Mills..... there is a poster child for the iron clad prenup!

Private Practice for Grey's Anatomy...

Private Practice', is the name the Grey's Anatomy spin off will be called by for now, but ABC exec's are quick to caution that this may change. The two hour episode set to sample the themes of the series will debut May 10th, but don't think of it as a pilot. Grey's Anatomy is riding a high enough wave at this point that the second series is virtually a lock whether the initial sample piques interests or not.


The Storyline from the Defamer:
Following her recent disastrous romantic misfortunes, Addison (Kate Walsh) travels to Santa Monica to seek advice from her old medical school pals, Naomi (Merrin Dungey) and Jackson (Taye Diggs) whom she believes have it all: a beautiful teenage daughter, a great marriage and a highly successful health cooperative.

Addison quickly learns that Jackson, also a successful TV health guru, has divorced Naomi. During the visit, Addison also meets the rest of the gang at the cooperative: a widowed alternative medicine doctor, a self-doubting therapist, and a male gynecologist who knows little about women, and realizes she is on familiar ground.

Addison concludes that the personal lives of the people around her may be a mess, but professionally they stand out. (Sounds like those crazy interns, right?) So she decides to leave Seattle Grace behind and join the Oceanside Wellness Group team.


Wish we were impressed... but we are not. The cast ... less than to be desired... the storyline is lame.. at best. If Addison followed a guy somewhere and he bailed and she decided to stay... very Shirley Valentinesesque... then we might have something. But otherwise... lame.

Oh well we will always have McDreamy...

The pair, who have bonded over their love of fashion and motherhood, are planning to combine their skills and passions by designing their own range for children. A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "They are both really excited about this new project. Katie recently sketched out some designs for a party dress for Suri's first birthday and Victoria saw there was the potential there for the two of them to come up with some great designs. "As they are both mothers who love fashion, it couldn't have been more ideal for them." Victoria, 32 - who is mother to sons Brooklyn, eight, Romeo, six, and Cruz, two – already has her own jeans and designer sunglasses range. Katie, 27, and husband Tom Cruise's daughter, Suri, will turn one next month. We think this would be divine! We cannot wait to see the two fashionistas' creations... but... will our children have to be a size "0"?

Angelina Jolie gives her adopted children more attention.. Shiloh is privileged...

She told Britain's OK! magazine: 'I think I feel so much more for Mad and Zee because they're survivors - they came through so much. Shiloh seemed privileged from the moment she was born. I have less inclination to feel for her. I met my other kids when they were six months old, they came with personality.
'A newborn really is this - yes, a blob! But now she's starting to have a personality. I'm conscious that I have to make sure I don't ignore her needs because I think the others are more vulnerable.' Angelina recently revealed she plans to be a stay-at-home mother to her newly adopted Vietnamese son Pax.


Poor thing... clearly dear Angie has no idea how to be a "good" mother. Favoritism in print... she may fare well with one or two of her adopted children... but her actual - "bio baby", Shiloh is going to be one messed up little darling... maybe Brad can actually teach their bio baby about unconditional love and self esteem... Angelina has no clue about those concepts...

If you ask us... Shiloh was born with a serious challenge to overcome.. her name is Angelina Jolie, sometimes known as her mother.

Former 80's Pinup girl bid us farewell... it is sad when someone who was a Car's Babe from Drive doesn't make it through the first round... dear.. not aging well Paulina...good pic though..

We see a departure in the future of Shandi... poor thing.

Miss USA Pageant... sad

We would rarely if ever watch the Miss USA pageant... but there was literally nothing else on! It was the time of night for complete,mindless, television. The Miss USA pageant was ideal.

The good... the bad .... and the ugly. If these women profiled on this show were the most beautiful in our country... all we can say is... we are in serious trouble.

What complete skags! Yuck... yuck... yuck.. As Coco Moms, we actually care for our appearance ... we could not believe, the women the Miss USA had passing for beautiful!

Even Miss Texas (traditionally quite lovely) and Miss California (needs a good esthetician!) were hardly palatable.

There were perhaps 4 or 5 and we mean only 4 or 5 women that could pass even a mere Coco Standard - Miss South Carolina,

Miss Virginia,




Miss Wisconsin, Miss North Carolina,





and of course (the only decent looking girl in the top 5) Miss Tennessee...our new Miss USA.

As for the rest...some were borderline passable... but most looked really....harsh....

Brangelina's saga continues...ahh diversity

Though Pitt has famously stated that he wanted a ton of kids, enough to fill a soccer team, a report from the UK Mirror claims it is Jolie's way or the highway for Mr. Pitt. In the report a friend tells the newspaper that it is Jolie that 'wears the pants in the family.' "Angelina wears the trousers in the relationship and Brad is happy to go along with anything that will make her happy, says the friend. Some friend, that sounds bad for Pitt.

"He very much wanted her to wait (to push through the adoption) until he was through with the movie he was filming, but she just went right ahead with signing the adoption papers."

On top of this, stories have just surfaced that the bio-mom of Angelina's latest liter pick is a heroine addict, and bio-mom never signed the adoption papers herself, rather it was her parents that signed the papers!

We guess in this case the blonde rule applies... blonde, beautiful, ... brainless - Brad.

Grey's Anatomy - George is a WEASEL!

Darling, darling George! What a weasel!!! Cheat,... forget,.. remember... liar! What a weasel! No apology, acceptance of responsibility... thank goodness eventually... it will all come out. Of course.. it is after all Grey's Anatomy... everything comes out... even their cast!

So - other than weaselly George we have, our Adonis being his usual charming, perfect... we "want to bottle him" self... ahhh Derek we are completely enthralled with your character - it doesn't hurt that you are some kind of gorgeous too! We can focus on little else than his amazing eyes when he is tearing up in a scene... he is just tooo hot!

We think Alex just needs to get weaselly George and teach him a few things about being a real man (at least on the show!). Whatever happened to sweet, wonderful, loyal George? We really miss liking his character.

Spears recently left the Promises rehabilitation center in California after completing a 30-day program to fight substance abuse.
But Dina Lohan believes the TOXIC singer's mother should have stood up for her daughter earlier against the scathing media reports criticising Spears' downward spiral into rehab.

In what was probably a bid to save souls — or "thetans", as they are called in Scientology — Tom Cruise reportedly left 18 messages on the Beckham's phone in one hour.

"Victoria is sick and tired of Tom being on her back about Scientology," a source told Us Weekly.

In addition to dealing with Tom's constant begging to get her to join the church, Victoria has also reportedly had to cope with his wife Katie Holmes — who is using Posh as a shoulder to cry on.

"Katie has been crying over the phone," the source said. "She's frustrated. Tom is denying her every single thing."

"Once, Katie and Victoria talked on the phone for four hours," the insider added.

David and Victoria Beckham are moving to LA this year, and have formed a public friendship with the Holmes-Cruise clan.

But Tom's antics appear to be driving the couple mad.

"Victoria is an old-fashioned British woman who believes in God. She finds it quite rude that Tom is bugging her so much. Not too long ago, Tom left 18 messages in one hour to get them to join the church," a source told the magazine.

We actually think Angelina Jolie would be a great Vulcan... she is definitely way "out there" enough. She and Adrian could make a good team ... as long as he is not in a committed relationship... he should be safe.

Jen Garner is cute... in a giggly girl way... we suppose. Maybe that is why she is not playing Kirk's (Matt Damon) S/O... you actually need to be "hot" to pull that off.

Star Trek XI will begin shooting this October, occupying five stages on the Paramount lot in Los Angeles. However, most of those stages will be used for alien locations and not for, say, Starfleet Academy classrooms. Dancing with the Stars... cheez

Yes, we know... Dancing with the Stars is the most Cheezy bit of TV out there... but, we have to admit... we watched..

After all, it was very important to see if the McCartney Gold-digger, Heather Mills, would really "break a leg"... No, she did not improve her image with us... no matter how "brave" everyone wants to claim she is - she is still trying to take Paul McCartney (the cute one) to the cleaners. We can still see a publicity stunt when it is presented to us... dear Heather.

We also wanted to know if "Hannah Montana" would be watching her Daddy. Well, maybe not "we" but certainly our daughters that are aligned with the Disney Channel. BTW - yes, voted 3 times for Billy Ray out of shear loyalty.

As for the rest... well, John Ratzenberg was really decent. Laila Ali was really good. Joey Fatone was really entertaining. Clyde Drexler maintained his cool... but... we have to say, the judges called (former Miss USA) Shandi Finnessey and her partner "Barbie and Ken" ... our opinion is that the true "Barbie and Ken" was the last couple Apollo Anton Ohno and his partner... wow... those two together were just adorable.

It is completely cheezy.. but we want to see what happens next... hopefully Heather (full of herself) Mills will say so long to the U.S.... but some people buy that she's a martyr.. geez... she is soo not attractive... and such an uncoco anything mother.. did she mention her daughter?

We are guilty of loving the Harry Potter books series so we were saddened at Dear Emma's decision.

We are just wondering if the poor dear has made this decision in haste - just because the boys have left you behind (no texting at all off set!) it doesn't mean your teenage years couldn't be spent in comfort with the Potter series... you were just starting into the whole ... "first love" parts.. We are sure someone will want you in a project.... somewhere..

Angelina Jolie - Stay At Home Mom???

Angelina is taking a long break from her film career to focus on caring for her four children.
The actress has just adopted Vietnamese orphan PAX THIEN, three; adding to her large brood with partner Brad Pitt.
Jolie and Pitt are now full-time parents to four children under the age of five: Cambodian MADDOX, five; Ethiopian Zahara MARLEY, two; and their sole biological child SHILOH NOUVEL, 10 months.
Currently in Ho Chi Mihn City, Vietnam, where she formally adopted Pax yesterday (15MAR07), Jolie told local newspaper Ho Chi Minh City Law she was happy to be a full-time mother.
She says, "Now, I will stop making movies and will stay home to help Pax to get used to his new life.
"I have four children and taking care of the children is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother."

Okay it only took her fourth child besides having one her own to decide to spend time with her kids? Well, we know who won't be getting nominated for Mom of the year.


Despite her plans for time out, Jolie recently signed on to play railroad executive DAGNY TAGGART in the big-screen version of Ayn Rand's novel ATLAS SHRUGGED.

Hugh Grant, Sandra Bullock, and Drew Barrymore could have Hepatitis A

Sandra Bullock, Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore may have contracted the illness after attending a US post-premiere party for 'Music and Lyrics' on February 7.
The event was catered for by Wolfgang Puck's company, and it has been now been revealed one of the cooks had Hepatitis A.
A letter was sent to guests warning them of a "public health issue" and saying they may be at risk of infection if they had eaten uncooked food.
Guests at risk were advised to get a gamma globulin shot within 14 days of exposure - before February 21. However, the letter wasn't sent out until March 1.
Sponsors of the party claim the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health did not inform them of the problem until February 28th.
The letter read: "The Department of Health has reassured the hosts on how very low the risk of infection is." Hosts of the 'Music and Lyrics' party insist no one who attended contracted Hepatitis A.
Wolfgang Puck's catering company also catered for a Sports Illustrated bash which was at the centre of a Hepatitis scare.
Beyoncé Knowles was one of the guests at risk of infection, but was given the all clear.

Geez... usually it is just the normal things, people you don't want to see, too much paparazzi, but Hepatitis A? Talk about a bad party!

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "It is similar to the Olsen twins' adult line, The Row. Sarah is planning to sell the line to Steve and Barry's for somewhere between $1 million and $5 million." Steve and Barry's is a popular US high street chain. Its flagship storeis in New York Manhattan Mall.

The collection will include jeans, lingerie, casual wear and accessories with prices ranging from $7.98 to $14.98.

Sarah, 41, achieved fashion icon status after playing newspaper columnist Carrie in hit UScomedy 'Sex and the City' with an experimental style including tutus, name-plate necklaces and a passion for Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik shoes.
