Chikezie was let go on American Idol last night. You know, somebody has to go, but this guy was genuinely a sweetheart. And of all the contestants, he was one of the two or three who seemed the most adult. We will miss you, Chikezie!

Coco Scene! Heath Ledger.. Cause of Death.. Toxicology Reports In

The NYC medical examiner has finished the toxicology report following the death of Heath Ledger, and has just ruled that the actor's death was caused by "acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine."

The NYPD found five medications in Ledger's apartment after his death, including anti-anxiety medications alprazolam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium) and Lorazepam (Ativan). The sleeping medication zopiclone (Lunesta) and the sedative temazepam (Restoril) -- which is used by people with "debilitating insomnia" -- were also found. Doxylamine is an antihistamine used in the short-term treatment of insomnia. "We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications." said the medical examiner.

Poor Heath.. our thoughts of course with his family... especially sweet little Matilda. Finally, there is an answer...

HEATH LEDGER's publicist has spoken out against rumours of the late actor's alleged drug use - branding the claims "heinous lies".
Mara Buxbaum, who worked for the star before his sudden death, insists the Brokeback Mountain actor was never addicted to hard drugs and is outraged at the media speculation surrounding the 28-year-old's tragic passing.
Video footage of Ledger partying with two strangers at a Hollywood drugs party was aired in the U.S. on Wednesday (30Jan08) - and although the scenes don't show the late star indulging in any illegal activities, the TV shows involved have decided against broadcasting any more of the tape out of respect for Ledger's family.
Several U.S. websites have also reported claims that Ledger's fiancee, Michelle Williams, ended their relationship over an alleged drug habit.
But Buxbaum is keen to stress the rumours are not true.
Buxbaum tells New York Daily News, "(The story is) fabricated... just one lie among many. The speculation is heinous." Ledger was found dead in his New York apartment on 22 January (08).
An autopsy failed to reveal how he died, although police believe his death could be drug-related as five different bottles of prescription drugs were found around his apartment.

Okay... enough is enough... where was the paparazzi when the poor guy was alive? If drug addiction was an issue then putting it out in the open might have helped not only save his life but also, his relationship with his fiancee, Michelle Williams. But... it has yet to be determined what stopped his heart...All we know is that these things being said about Poor Heath is what his daughter will grow up learning ... that is just wrong.

We don't want to know anymore and will not contribute further to the assisination of his character. We do not debate what he did or did not do in his lifetime...but Poor Heath is gone.. dear Michelle and Matilda will have to deal with what remains. A little dignity pleez!

We will forever recall Heath as the hot, hot, hot guy who serenaded Julia Stiles from the bleachers... in Ten Things I Hate About You... how we envied "Kat"! It sounds strange, but sources intimately connected with the Heath Ledger investigation tell TMZ it's possible the actor died of natural causes.

The reason they think that -- it's now appearing that the level of toxicity (from medication) in Ledger's system was low enough that it may not have caused his death. These sources say Heath's heart stopped. It could have been a heart attack but it's not certain, at least not yet. Although it's bizarre that a 28-year-old could die of natural causes, it happens.

We've also learned authorities do not believe the housekeeper heard Ledger snoring when she walked in his bedroom at around 1:00 PM. Sources tell us, a fireman observed rigor mortis in Ledger's jaw shortly after arriving on scene at around 3:30 PM. Sources say they now believe Ledger was dead for around three hours prior to their arrival, so they don't believe the housekeeper could have heard snoring.

Authorities are also annoyed at news reports that there may have been a sinister plot to remove illegal drugs from Ledger's apartment before cops and firemen arrived. There are reports out there that the masseuse called Mary-Kate Olsen and a plot was hatched to have her bodyguard remove certain drugs. Authorities tell us that's impossible, because the cops were there the entire time the bodyguard was present and there would have been no opportunity to carry out such a plan. They say it's a made up story.

As we first reported, the masseuse contacted the bodyguard because she knew he was a licensed EMT.

We had heard that Heath may have been suffering from pneumonia... we wonder if that may have had anything to do with heart failure?

We would love it there were a juicy scandal or conspiracy... but we have a feeling that.. NO.. it wasn't AIDs... an overdose... suicide... or a plot of assassination by an outside source...just a tragic ... sad death...

Heath Ledger - Now we know more...

The results of poor Heath's autopsy, as of now, has been found inconclusive. The Medical Examiner's Office has said it will be another 10 days before all the tests.. etc are in...

It was a "Marilyn Monroe" death. He was found in the nude with pills at his bedside. There is talk that he was suffering from pneumonia... stress.. and it likely that if indeed there was an overdose... it was accidental.

We had heard that this incredibly hot, hot actor died from someone who knew him.... from Brooklyn days when he and his partner Michelle Williams were still engaged to be married.... and both raising their now 2 yr old daughter...Matilda Rose... together.
It just goes to show how very fragile life is ... and the stuff legend is made of...

He was 28.

It is tragic... sad...

Britney... Lindsay... beware...

Now-it appears she will have her chance... at age 41, she and her boyfriend of almost 2 years Gabriel Aubry, are expecting!
Oh, the excitement!

However, the conventional role of marriage to the baby daddy in this case seems to be "out". We love Halle!.... she is a lovely, lovely girl.. sadly, a bad personal decision maker (her unfortunate 2 failed marriages).
Miss Berry's star status may excuse creating a family without the benefit of marriage... in Hollywood. However, for we Coco Moms who live in the real world...we see that traditional relationships benefit the children most.



Think of the joys Matilda Rose - love child of Michelle Williams and Heath Ledger - will have... now that her parents, who met on the set of Brokeback Mountain....
