Why Desperate Housewives isn't soo... you know

DesperateHousewives.abc.com
We remember when we loved this show. We would wait with anticipation for each and every episode... now... well... we wait to see if it changes. It is no longer part of our Coco Scene. Our Tivo now has space for Kyle Chandler (yum!) in Friday Night Lights.

Here is the issue:
While the show deals with the Coco Sparkle in moms, it does not go past the moms social life.

Where are the recitals and afternoons when the children run off to soccer practice? Juggle looking beautiful with playground duty? The first season we had a little bit of that in Felicity Huffman's character, but now... it is about cheating, marriage, and personal error.

Coco children are active in sports and hobbies. They know as do the moms that you either participate or get left behind.

Coco Savvy moms don't have relationship issues, especially, to the naked eye. Yes, the original "Bree" is alive and well and living a Coco Divine life in the suburbs.

Being a Coco Sparkle mommy is more than just being tragically stylish... it is about being a phenom as a mom, planning strategic playdates, doing what it takes to get your child in the inner sanctum of success. We think the Desperate Housewives writing staff has no experience with the Coco Savvy Mom's Saturday... or they would know better.
