Coco's Guilty TV pleasure

So, we are exceptionally cool but even we have that part of us that we don't like to often admit to....TV... ah... can be so private... here are some shows we don't talk to the rest of the world about!

1. Wife Swap
Here is the skinny: "Each week from across the country, two families with very different values are chosen to take part in a two-week long challenge. The wives from these two families exchange husbands, children and lives (but not bedrooms) to discover just what it's like to live another woman's life. It's a mind-blowing experiment that often ends up changing their lives forever. "

Few programs remind us how absolutely lucky our husbands and children are then a look into how some other families live!!! Our husbands seem to always be just a little sweeter when we watch our Tivo of this program together. We know, we know, you thank God for us everyday! As you should!

ABC, Mondays, 8/7c

2. Medium

A show about a savvy mom who communicates with the dead through her dreams. What's not to like? True, the mom is not particularly stylish.. but even TV isn't perfect!

NBC, Wednesdays, 10/9c

3. The Hills

5. The Girls Next Door

Hugh Hefner, at the Playboy mansion and life with his three girlfriends there... how much more guilty pleasure can you get?
