Dr. McDreamy, Patrick Dempsey, tops the list of sexiest actors. Justin Chambers ranks ninth.
No Shock to our system...He is the reason no "mom events" are ever successful on Thursdays.. McDreamy is the stuff that our dreams are made of.. the man is so way better in his 40's.
Sad to scorching hot... Dempsey was a late bloomer... but what a man... what a sexy man..
