Oh the Drama -Not on Grey's Anatomy

What happened to Shonda Rhimes??? Last weeks Grey's Anatomy was...BORING.



McDreamy is being turned into a commitment phobic, typical guy. Georgey is the new romantic lead...
And the beginning of Private Practice was less than exciting.

We actually took a phone call during the show without fear of missing something good....deleted from Tivo before watching the program a 2nd time.


Losing Interest... quickly!

McDreamy being a jerk just doesn't do it for us... we have a feeling it will only get worse.

Private Practice for Grey's Anatomy...

Kate Walsh and Taye Diggs in Private Practice??

Private Practice', is the name the Grey's Anatomy spin off will be called by for now, but ABC exec's are quick to caution that this may change. The two hour episode set to sample the themes of the series will debut May 10th, but don't think of it as a pilot. Grey's Anatomy is riding a high enough wave at this point that the second series is virtually a lock whether the initial sample piques interests or not.


The Storyline from the Defamer:
Following her recent disastrous romantic misfortunes, Addison (Kate Walsh) travels to Santa Monica to seek advice from her old medical school pals, Naomi (Merrin Dungey) and Jackson (Taye Diggs) whom she believes have it all: a beautiful teenage daughter, a great marriage and a highly successful health cooperative.

Addison quickly learns that Jackson, also a successful TV health guru, has divorced Naomi. During the visit, Addison also meets the rest of the gang at the cooperative: a widowed alternative medicine doctor, a self-doubting therapist, and a male gynecologist who knows little about women, and realizes she is on familiar ground.

Addison concludes that the personal lives of the people around her may be a mess, but professionally they stand out. (Sounds like those crazy interns, right?) So she decides to leave Seattle Grace behind and join the Oceanside Wellness Group team.


Wish we were impressed... but we are not. The cast ... less than to be desired... the storyline is lame.. at best. If Addison followed a guy somewhere and he bailed and she decided to stay... very Shirley Valentinesesque... then we might have something. But otherwise... lame.

Oh well we will always have McDreamy...

Grey's Anatomy - Double, double, toil and trouble...

Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) supposed Grey's spinoff is touching off a new round of venom on the set of Grey's Anatomy. Plez, we watch it for Derek.. not Addison, not Mark, not Meredith.. Derek Shepherd.


Get it? Derek is Fab - we used to think George was too... If Kyle Chandler were still on the show, we would probably tune in for him, too! The other girls lend an interest but not Tivo deserving..
With all the tantrums going on with the cast about Addison leaving and going out on her own.. We say.. just wait.. Addison will likely be leaving to find failure. Addison is lovely but far from Fabulous.

As for the Izzie "I want a raise because I am worth more" Stevens issue.. darling, you look great in Escada but don't take it too far - with a fashion faux pas like this, your stock will plummet! Don't become the token voluptuous blond...reign in the ego.




Let's retract those claws now!
